Pilates North is the only Pilates studio of its kind in Northern Arizona. Currently, we offer private sessions and group classes. Both include work on Pilates equipment and mat work. At Pilates North each client is approached as an individual and encouraged to reach his or her desired goals. Each Pilates session is tailored to teach the client more.

At Pilates Northwest, every program is tailored to the individual. People of all shapes, sizes, ages and fitness levels are welcome here. There are clients here who are young, older, pregnant, overweight, super-fit, and rehabilitating from injuries. They all find Pilates beneficial in their own unique way.
